The 16-year-old singer – who had been axed in the ITV1 talent show alongside James Michael, Jonjo Kerr and duo 2 Footwear last evening (09.10.11) – thinks her mentor chose to not eliminate the Irish hopeful within the shock twist because she is a fan of Janet’s since her initial audition.
She stated: “I usually thought that Jesse was among her favourites, back to her initial audition. But Kelly was an inspiration and she or he loved most of us individually.”
Meanwhile, Amelia – who carried out a rendition of Michael Jackson classic ‘Billy Jean’ on Saturday night’s show (08.10.11) – thinks as the participants within the Women group, Jesse, Misha Bryan and Sophie Habibis, chose “safe” tunes, she required a risk together with her performance.
Speaking on ITV1’s ‘This Morning’, she added: “All of this women had really safe tunes, but mine would be a massive risk for me personally. I am talking about, mine was Michael Jackson – I am a girl and I am youthful however i thought, ‘This levels of competition are about taking risks’.
