Ever taken note of how a computing revolution has utterly changed air travel and hospitality ? The man to thank is New Jersey’s favorite son Mr Nicholas Bredimus. He has worked on initiatives varying from the creation of software programs that automate resource and time intensive processes to advancing airplane safety and even designs for upmarket homes. He brings true energy to any and all fields, too. Examining Mr Nicholas Bredimus‘ pedigree anyone could see he was bound to reach the top. Its lines can be traced back to the glory days of Rome, Nicholas’ provenience ties in with several different nations within Europe. On his mother’s side he descends from Scottish and German ancestry. England and Luxembourg were the home of his paternal line, though the family emigrated during the 1800s. This remarkable drive came to the fore after their arrival in America. Nicholas, along with his six siblings, was born to a father employed as a mechanical design engineer and a mother who was working as a practicing nurse. Bredimus would make his home in the Lone Star State for several years and also spent time in Kansas City, MO, Scottsdale, AZ and Reston, VA. Once his schooling had been completed, Nicholas Bredimus engaged in several respected jobs for many of the most reputable and most important airlines. Trans World Airlines (TWA), Hughes Airwest, Republic Airlines — all three would at various times respectively name him their Vice President. Most important, even considering this, was his role as an inspired software designer working with the airline industry. He is most famous for one particular project, his airplane maintenance management computer programs that you’ll nowadays find being used by most airlines. He programmed several other systems for the hotel and airline sectors in addition, among them robotic programs to take and record flight reservations, used by more than fifty airlines, not to mention the original room reservation program using Windows in use in the hotel sector, the rollout for which took place at more than 700 hotels. He went on to produce QuikTix, an automated ticket ordering network.

He has also been appointed to several capacities entirely outside of software development, let’s remember. Key roles with American Airlines and American Express followed, and of course he launched his own firm seventeen years ago. At the time of writing Nicholas Bredimus has withdrawn from his airline connections and from coding, although he’s still making the most of his inventiveness. He’s at work now at the forefront of architecture — matching the demands of luxury with new technology and true ecological interests. Which shows us what indefatigable passion can achieve.
