The Great Belt Fixed Link is a 4 lane toll freeway and you can pay toll in several ways. You can pay by immediate payment or credit card and you can buy a digital unit called brobizz which automatically registrates your passages and draws the price from your credit card. Utilizing a bropas saves 5 % of the toll fee.
Crossing the Great Belt Paid Link makes you eligible to discounts on more than 10,000 hotels, attractions and exhibitions throughout Denmark. Attractions such as Tivoli, Lego Land, Copenhagen Zoological Garden and other great attractions in Denmark offers up to 20 % price decrease on visitants showing a toll reciept from the Great Belt Paid Link.
Besides hotels like the Radisson hotel chain, several hundred inn’s and other sorts of accomodation offers 20 % discount on your stay in Denmark.
Travels in Denmark
Denmark is a little land on top of the European continent, covering only 43.000 square kilometers. Denmark has more than 8.000 km of coast as Denmark is made up of the Jutland Peninsula and the main islands of Funen and Sealand.
Travelling in Denmark has perpetually involved ferries in one way or other, but since 1998 it has been possible to cross the Great Belt by the Great Belt Fixed Link. The Paid Connection between Funen and Sealand contains the Eastside Span, a 6,790 meter hanging bridge from Sealand to Sprogoe and an 6,600 meter long bridge between Sprogoe and Funen.

If you are crossing the Great Belt for business, i.e. busses and lorries, you can pay in advance via our online reservation scheme. Bus parties and cargo companies can work a business agreement with the Great Belt Syndicate and use the booking system to have smarter crossing at the Toll Station.
