Lincolnshire businesses can now call up BT Local business on 01522 814400 and choose option 3 to sign up for BT bonded ADSL service, which will make super fast broadband available to them.
BT in association with Sharedband has come up with this new service, which will provide Lincolnshire businesses with speeds of up to four ADSL lines combined.
The service is being marketed as ideal for critical business applications like VPN (virtual private network), video conferencing, and Voice over IP.
According to Stephen heath, who is the IT manager at Househam Sprayer, a business in Lincolnshire, the service is quite impressive as they now enjoy an upstream connection of 2Mb. No other alternative offering such a high upstream speed was available to them. He also said that they were enjoying almost twice the normal download speeds. They can now assure a safe access to their network for remote offices and home users, and at the same time access to the internet has become much faster.
