Hair loss in boys affects eight million in the United Kingdom, the most common sort of hair loss is genetic male pattern hair loss. The hair loss could start as young as nineteen and cause emotional stress.

Loss of hair is frequently genetic and will probably develop in men as well as girls. The hair loss appears due to the hair follicles on the head shrinking and the hair dropping out altogether. Loss of hair usually follows a balding pattern around the hair line and additionally at the middle of your scalp.

Hair loss is not a horrible disease and does not affect your actual health, although your emotional health may become affected through lack of self esteem. For the best hair growth techiniques visit Advanced Hair Studio and get back your confidence.

There are three breathtaking big league treatments for hair loss, Minoxidil, Finasteride and Strand by Strand from Advanced Hair Studio. The 1st big league treatment is a topical liquid that goes on the head and is available from chemists. The hair loss treatment Minoxidil works through slowing down the rate of hair loss, simply great. The second treatment works by stopping the chain reaction of the hair loss hormone. Four laws of Planting Seeds (Enlightened Business Institute)
Positive seeds cause pleasure; Negative seeds cause pain
Seeds expand and grow EXPOTENTIALLY
Seeds not planted cannot bring a result
Seeds planted must bring a result

Nurturing the seeds of success
The key ingredient to nuturing the seeds of prosperity is paying attention to the environment in which you conduct your business, the people you associate with, and your conduct, both in your business and personal life
.
The law of Karma will always bring it back to you in a worse manner.
In some lines of Buddhism it is believed that every time you lie many of your brain cells die, as they are made to think and believe something that’s is not true. In turn when the brain thinks in reverse there could be a negative effect on the brain. We have not yet found any scientific research on this, but it is worth pointing out as a point of reference.
“Never Lie. Never tell one lie. If you tell one lie, you will have to eventually tell fifteen more to cover up the first lie”; ….According to Jon Barry, a successful real estate management firm and a man of great integrity….one requires a cover of 15 more. In turn, each of these 15 requires 15 more, or 225 lies. Furthermore, each of the 225 lies next requires fifteen more. Now we are at 225 times 15, or 3.375 lies. Again 3,375 lie times 15 equals 50,625. And so on. It is a much more productive use of one’s time, energy, and intelligence to always tell the truth, to e honest with all people” (Thomas J. Stanley, PhD, ‘The Millionaire mind’ Bantam Books London, 2001, pg. 67)
Integrity begins at home: “You cannot expect your spouse to be supportive if you lie and cheat. What you do in your personal life will eventually have ramifications in your personal and vice versa. Your spouse and your children have many, many opportunities to observe your behavior. It’s not enough to say that you are honest or merely attend religious services each week. You have to be a role model for your spouse your children and all others. If you are, your spouse will probably support you through good times and bad, during thin years and plump years. (Thomas J. Stanley, PhD, ‘The Millionaire mind’ Bantam Books London, 2001, pg. 70-71)
Never talk badly about anybody, even less when they are not present.
Consider carefully where you plant your seeds. Avoid environments where the people are not passionate about the work that they are doing. Try to find environments that are respectful and supportive. If you are seeking work in an office environment, look at the cubicle decorations. Sparse cubicle decorations often indicate that people are not intending to stay long. Colorful and homey cubicles with plants often indicate more supportive work environments. Become intuitive. Be open to but also discerning of possible new clients and customers.
Learn to listen to the currents of prosperity. Know when it is time to follow the current and when to change your direction or to take some time off. .The road to prosperity is not a straight path, but a meandering one with many side paths and detours.
.

Division of Attention. Gurdjieff encouraged his students to cultivate the ability to divide their attention, that is, the ability to remain fully focussed on two or more things at the same time. One might, for instance, let half of one’s attention dwell in one’s little finger, while the other half is devoted to an intellectual discussion. In the division of attention, it is not a matter of going back and forth between one thing and another, but experiencing them both fully simultaneously. Beyond the division of attention lies “remembering oneself” – a frame of mind, permanent in the hypothetical perfected person, fleeting and temporary in the rest of us, in which we see what is seen without ever losing sight of ourselves seeing. Ordinarily, when concentrating on something, we lose our sense of “I,” although we may as it were passively react to the stimulus we are concentrating on. In self-remembering the “I” is not lost, and only when we maintain that sense of “I,” according to Gurdjieff, are we really awake. Like mastery on a musical instrument, such forms of heightened self-awareness can be developed only with years of practice.

Hands, Head, and Heart. With many variations and complications over the years, Gurdjieff’s theoretical picture of the human organism boils down to a tripartite model consisting of three “centers”: the moving, the emotional, and the thinking. Becoming a genuine person involves coordinating the three centers and becoming capable of conscious labor and intentional suffering.

Abstract Symbolism. Gurdjieff was fond of elaborate theorizing – the construction of intricate symbolic systems embodying or representing the relationships between phenomena at all levels of existence from the atom to the universe. Ouspensky devotes pages and pages to Gurdjieff’s concept of “octaves” {Thus one must study the Pythagorean connection with Abaris the Druid.}- the musical scale do-re-mi-fa-sol-la-ti-do taken as a sort of universal yardstick for determining the measurements and proportions of all of nature’s parts. (The theory of octaves had a tremendous impact on pianist Keith Jarrett, who read about them in Beelzebub’s Tales to His Grandson, Gurdjieff’s longest, most allegorical, and most difficult book.) Some Gurdjieff students and groups gloss over the octaves or dispense with them entirely. My own feeling is that the theory of octaves has a lot in common with medieval Western musical theorists’ preoccupation with theo-numerological speculation based on interval integer ratios and their symbolic significance. In point of fact, Gurdjieff had studied the medieval alchemists and on occasion was prone to speak of the human organism as a sort of alchemical factory for the transformation of various material and psychic substances.

It seems that where there is music, and where there are people who philosophize about it, there will be some form of numerology and arcane quasi-mathematics. Since both musical pitch and musical rhythm are readily represented in numerical forms, the urge to find primal mathematical significance in music is almost impossible to resist. A contemporary example of this perennially seductive train of thought is Peter Michael Hamel’s book Through Music to the Self.

Another symbolic thought-form Gurdjieff worked with was the enneagram, a circle with nine points around its circumference. Said Gurdjieff, ‘The enneagram is a universal symbol. All knowledge can be included in the enneagram and with the help of the enneagram it can be interpreted … A man may be quite alone in the desert and he can trace the enneagram in the sand and in it read the eternal laws of the universe. And every time he can learn something new, something he did not know before.’ {The fabulously successful book The Celestine Prophecy uses the knowledge of the Enneagram and takes people to the point of Enlightenment which can include dematerialization.}

Through the elaboration of the law of octaves and the meaning of the enneagram, Gurdjieff offered his students alternative means of conceptualizing the world and their place in it. When I say “alternative,” I am suggesting that Gurdjieff sought alternatives to rational, linear, language-oriented exposition and rhetoric (though he was by all accounts also a spellbinding speaker). In other words, Gurdjieff’s ideas could be only partially expounded in ordinary words and sentences; to go beyond language he drew on music (he played several instruments and Bennett tells of him improvising unearthly melodies on a small organ late at night), dance, and visual symbols such as the enneagram.

Furthermore, it is my impression that Gurdjieff was happy to talk theoretically with students who were theoretically inclined, but that the theory itself is not an indispensable part of his overall teaching. Or, to put it slightly differently, Gurdjieff used, for instance, the complicated machinery of the law of octaves in order to teach his students to think. And in some respects the process of thinking was more important than the theoretical content of what was thought.

Conditions. Gurdjieff laid emphasis on the idea that the seeker must conduct his or her own search – and that the teacher cannot do the student’s work for the student, but is more of a guide on the path to self-discovery. As a teacher, Gurdjieff specialized in creating conditions for students – conditions in which growth was possible, in which efficient progress could be made by the willing. To find oneself in a set of conditions a gifted teacher has arranged has another benefit. As Gurdjieff put it, ‘You must realize that each man has a definite repertoire of roles which he plays in ordinary circumstances … but put him into even only slightly different circumstances and he is unable to find a suitable role and for a short time he becomes himself.’

In 1918 the turmoil of the Russian revolution forced Gurdjieff and a small group of devoted followers out of Moscow to Essentuki in the Caucasus. For the next four years the core group moved from place to place, from Tiflis in Georgia to Constantinople to Germany. In 1922 Gurdjieff finally managed to establish a more or less stable base of operations, which he dubbed the “Institute for the Harmonious Development of Man,” at the Chteau de Prieuré in Fontainbleau, near Paris. The Institute’s varied activities attracted many new people to Gurdjieff’s ideas, and in 1924 he went on a short visit to America where he stirred up much interest and started a group in New York. He returned to France. At this moment of the beginnings of success on a larger scale, Gurdjieff was nearly killed in an automobile accident. During his long recuperation his teaching activities came to an almost complete halt, but from this time to 1935 he did manage to write his three primary works, Beelzebub’s Tales, Meetings with Remarkable Men, and Life Is Real Only Then, When “I Am.”

If Beelzebub’s Tales is an elaborate modern mythological tapestry and Meetings is a spiritual travelogue, then Life Is Real Only Then is a portrait of the creative process in fluid motion. Gurdjieff’s most self-revealing book, it takes the reader into Gurdjieff’s own associative thought-processes, for instance in those passages where he writes about writing itself, the trains of thought that led him, when still a young man, to renounce all use of his exceptional psychic powers, the somewhat brutal methods he used to whip his New York followers into shape, and his superhuman, insomniacal efforts to keep his Institute functioning and together on a sound financial footing in the Fontainbleau days. Life Is Real was never finished – it ends poignantly with a colon.

In the 1930s and 1940s Gurdjieff worked with small groups in Paris, where he lived, and New York. Gurdjieff himself was ultimately an enigma to Westerners, even to those who knew him best. It is doubtful that we will ever know the “person” behind the tremendous force of personality he exerted upon all who worked with him. In times of the greatest personal crisis, he would withdraw into the circle of his family. He placed extreme demands on his students, but seemed to demand infinitely more of himself. Teacher or prophet, rogue or saint, wily man or gracious servant of God, Gurdjieff today is gone, and among some of his followers there lingers an eschatological atmosphere, a memory-afterglow of a not-so-distant time past when the infinite was concretely embodied in time.” (1)

“KL: Yes, he was in Paris from the early 20’s. When he began his work in Moscow (and in St. Petersburg very shortly), things were going rather well, and then they had a little thing called the Russian revolution. It was necessary for Gurdjieff and many of his pupils to leave Russia in a hurry. Many of them were from a stratum of society that was rather too closely associated with the Czar, and it in any case conditions had become very bad, very difficult, for anyone in Russia at that time. So Gurdjieff escaped with a small group of followers and established the center of his activities next in Constantinople, following which there was a brief period in Berlin, and finally he settled just outside of Paris, at the Chateau de Prieure at Fontainebleau, and he worked with pupils there very intensively for the next few years. That period was cut short by an automobile accident which was very severe; it nearly killed him. Later on, he worked in Paris itself, with, at any given time, a fairly small circle of pupils.

Q.: Who was funding him?

KL: That’s a very interesting question. There were certainly people interested in his work who provided funds.” (2)

There is good reason to believe that people who worked in Mind Control associated with Tavistock, Yale and Baruch would have funneled money and clients to Gurdjieff.

Whoa! Your boss tells you he needs a hundred copies of his presentation on CD–by tomorrow morning. Since he wants to impress the clients he also wants professional-looking labels on the CDs as well. A simple marker won’t cut it this time. Maybe it’s time for a desktop duplicator or to hire a duplicating service. Since most household computers are now equipped with a drive that has the capacity to burn discs, it is no surprise that disc duplication has become big business. But sorting through the tons of information about formats and CD duplication systems can be a nightmare.

CD duplication is no longer a difficult, tedious or expensive process requiring exacting technological expertise. Since most desktop computers now come equipped with a standard drive with the capacity to burn discs, it is no longer a rarity to find people making “mix discs” of their favorite songs using the CD-R media. And it is likely, at some point, that you are going to want to make multiple copies of one of your projects–be it a work presentation, a business card, or a demo of some sort.

The term “CD Duplication,” taken literally, means to copy CD-ROM’s. Actually there are two different methods to make those copies: Duplication and Replication. Duplication is the process of “burning” data onto a pre-manufactured CD-ROM. This process requires the use of CD-Recorder to add data to a blank disc. Recorders are included in many personal computers, but they may also be added to a PC as an external disc drive. These devices require the user to burn one disc at a time, a process that takes between 1 and 74 minutes depending on the speed of the recorder.

A more automated form of duplication can be accomplished by buying a stand-alone CD Duplicator (no computer hookup required). This device can make many copies of the CD-ROM master simultaneously and can produce 65 or more CD-ROM discs an hour. If you have a relatively small project, fewer than 1,000 copies, this may be the device for you. Starting at less than $1,600 these disc makers are perfect more independent musicians and even churches who often duplicate sermons and music to make them more available to parishioners.

Replication, on the other hand, is the process of “stamping” data onto an injection molded CD-ROM. This process requires the creation of a “glass master” from the customer-supplied disc. Using a high-speed stamping process the data is actually built into the construction of each copy, not added later. Due to expensive equipment requirements, this is certainly not the method used by the average computer owner.

If you have a duplication job at hand, you may wonder if one method is better than the other. Here are some factors to help you decide for your individual copying requirement:

Longevity–If you know that users will need to access this data over a decade, Replication is recommended.

Readability–Pre-manufactured discs are used in the Duplication process, and although the blank discs appear to be “generic,” track arrangement can vary slightly from one manufacturer to another. This sometimes results in an inability to read the data. Replicated discs do not exhibit this problem.

Data Access Speed–When you perform a search you expect the data to be retrieved from the proper place on the CD-ROM–and fast. There is no measurable difference between Duplication and Replication.

Cost–An order of 1,000 or fewer copies tends to be cheaper to produce by Duplication. This is mainly due to the fact that no stamping master is required. If you only need a few dozen copies, Duplication is a whole lot cheaper. On the other hand, when economies of scale come into play–you need thousands of copies–Replication is your better choice. Copies made from a master disc get much cheaper as you spread out the initial cost over a larger quantity of discs. For example, if you order 100 copies, each would cost about $4.40, whereas the same disc would only cost about .80 a copy if you ordered 1,000.

Whatever your choice of copying methods, keep in mind that CDs are not immortal. The thin aluminum layer that reflects the light of the player’s laser, is susceptible to oxidation which causes the discs to “rot.” Never use off-the-shelf markers or ball point pens to write on the discs or labels. Most markers contain chemicals which create oxidation, allows air to penetrate the aluminum, which is then eaten up–much like iron rusting in open air. There are special media pens currently on the market. Search those out.

Whether you choose to do-it-yourself or outsource your next duplication project, take a few minutes to research what software and technology is currently available–it is improving all the time. With a little effort, you can create the “perfect” project that will make both you and your boss quite proud of the finished product.

A bond (relationship wise) is when two people have a connection. Being attracted to each other and sharing common values and interests brought the two of you together as a couple, but the bond has not been set completely. Besides the fact that you have love and care between you, you also need to see whether or not the two of you are friends. Is it possible to be friends? Absolutely! As a matter of fact, it is a must if the two of you are going to build a lasting bond.

Having a strong longing and passion for another is important, but is not enough fuel to keep the bond running. With friendship, your relationship will remain having that strength under all kinds of circumstances. There will be times, for example, when you as a couple are not living in your most passionate times. This is natural and does not mean there is no longer love or desire. As your relationship deepens, you will go through many experiences and stages that may put your romance and frequent hot sex aside for a while. This is where friendship comes in and why it is so important. You should be there for each other and understand your partner’s situations and concerns. Just take a look at your friends. See what makes your friendship with them so great. You then need to see if your partner has those same similarities or exact (sticking up for you when you need the back up for instance) qualities. Another point to keep in mind is keeping yourself aware of what behavior you would not except from a friend. You should definitely not accept those behaviors from your mate (like standing you up all the time) either.

It is not easy to put our friends and lovers in the same comparison because we are in love with our partners, and therefore will be more patient with them than we would with our friends. You can easily blind yourself due to the love you feel for that person and not even realize when he or she is not being a good friend and partner to you. How can you tell? A true friendship is basically the same as the true qualities that define real love. The difference is, we are in love and have a deep desire for our mates, with commitment and a goal of building a future, and perhaps even getting married and making a family together. The list below will help you see if your lover is a friend to you as well.

1.You can talk to and confide in each other about anything.
2.Your partner is there for you when you need to talk to someone.
3.Being able to always rely on each other when one is counted on.
4.Having a permanent shoulder to cry on when we need it
5.Having many things in common
6.Accepting one another for who we are
7.Listening to us and considering our opinions important

Do not feel guilty for having higher expectations from your lover either. People often feel like they should be more lenient and understanding when it comes to their lovers. Even though it is important to keep an understanding attitude (to avoid misunderstandings and arguments), you should never let things always slide or make up excuses for your partner’s wrong doings. You should expect better and not except such behavior. You deserve better. After all, you invest most of your emotions and time into your partner, so always remember that you are entitled to receive the same.

As important as having that great friendship is, it is also good to remember not to let the friendship get out hand. Is it possible to let a friendship get carried away? Yes, in a relationship it is. It is wonderful when you can be best friends with your partner, but sometimes the friendship is doing so well that it receives all the focus, while in the meantime the romance (being in love) has been neglected. If you are not careful, in time, you will start looking at each other as close buddies and no longer be that passionate couple you started as. There are points that can guide you into detecting when your romance and desire is entering the danger zone before it is too late and would be suggestible to seek professional advice on how to get things back on track.

Remembering not to forget our desires for our partner will keep the romance in the picture. If the relationship still fails to rekindle those feelings and you or your partner cannot leave that buddy mode, looking around with curiosity for others, then your relationship will need some extra help (you can get advice on how to save your relationship). What if it is difficult to have a friendship? This can be another issue, but there are ways to help you find solutions. Some couples may share the most wonderful romance and sex ever, but not really have an actual friendship. In most cases, it would not be advisable to stay in such a relationship, but there are ways you can try and still have some hope.

As long as you and your partner remember to keep the romance, love and friendship balanced, your relationship will continue to live in great health, living as long as the both of you wish it to! The decision is yours, so be good enough to yourself and your mate to make the right one. Relationships can seem confusing and hopeless at times, and they can get that way if you do not keep close watch. Stop yourself periodically to check the status of your relationship to makes sure the bond is building, as it should be. Keep in mind that with the right attention and teamwork, the two of you can build the greatest bond. Most importantly, remember that key word you just learned…BALANCE.

You work very hard to bring traffic to your site. When they finally do get there what happens? Well in a lot of cases they…. leave. Yup, they simply move on to the next site. That click happy mouse hand just doesn’t like to stay put for long.

What’s a poor webmaster to do?

Following are five suggestions that will keep the mouse clicks within your site.

COPY

The first area to look at is your copy. What are the first 30 to 50 words that a visitor reads (if they read it at all). Is it compelling? Does it tickle the readers fancy enough for them to keep exploring?

You need to learn and apply the art of copy writing. If you can not write an effective presentation for your site you really should consider hiring someone who can. After all, what’s the point of doing all the marketing only to lose them on the first paragraph.

DESIGN

Yes, we’ve all read that you can have a terrible looking site but still make money with effective copy. While there may be some truth to that, it is certainly no excuse to get sloppy in the design and presentation of your site.

When meeting new people you always want to look your best. Likewise on the web, that first impression is extremely important. This static collection of pixels on the monitor is all that they have to go by. Make it a good one.

I am competent enough at using html and software programs to build ‘a decent web site’. But, my objective is not ‘a decent web site’. It is to have a GREAT web site. So I have chosen to work with one of the best designers on the Internet. If you are serious about presenting the best possible site to the world then I encourage you to find a skilled, artistic designer too.

CONTENT

How can you discover what it is that your visitors are truly looking for?

For starters, do a reverse search at the Search Engines. Some of the bigger Search Engines like Excite have a search voyeur http://www.excite.com/voyeur_xt that shows you the actual words and phrases that are being used at that moment.

Visit the busiest sites that are in your industry. Look at what they are offering and how it is presented.

Conduct an in-house survey. Ask your visitors and newsletter readers what they are looking for. You’ll see a much better response rate if you offer some type of incentive for them taking the time and effort to fill out your form or questionnaire.

One more thing… Keep It Fresh! Constantly update the information on your site. Let your visitors know this too. They will want to bookmark your pages if they understand that next week there will be even more of what they are looking for.

FREE RESOURCES

Give something of value to your visitors. Ideally, you should strive to offer something that is unique and of great interest to your target audience.

Following are some of the methods that we have recently employed and found to be exceptional at keeping traffic on our site longer and bringing them back again and again.

Free Internet Marketing “How To” Reports, Free Audio Training Reports, Entertaining (but fast loading) FLASH Video, Links to other Resources, Newsletter/Ezine, A Book Store, Free Advice, A Chat Room with Voice capabilities, Free Classified Ads. Internal Banner Exchanger

Some of these features work so well that other webmasters are emailing to ask if they can offer links directly to them. Many other sites have voluntarily republished many of our original reports too.

EMAIL CONTACT

In every email communication that you send out you should be promoting your site. After you sign your name make sure to add a hot link to your site. A short ad or signature file is also quite acceptable in most messages.

Even though we just mentioned newsletters and ezines, they merit special mention. Currently there is no better way to bring large amounts of previous visitors back to your site than to stay in touch with them via email.

Encourage all your visitors to sign up for your newsletter so that you can remind them of the features of your web pages. Of course you will have to provide quality content in your Ezine as well.

There are many other methods to keep your visitors clicking back to you. But with these five suggestions you should be well equipped to receive that much sought after ‘repeat traffic’.

There are many things to consider when you want to put up a website. First you must decide on the topic for your website. This should be something that you are very interested in and passionate about. Building and maintaining a website takes time and work.

An important thing to remember when you are designing your website is that you want a clean professional look. It might be pretty if your site looks like a Las Vegas nightclub act, but your visitors will probably get confused and lost in the glitter and go onto another site. You want a clean, uniform design on all pages which should also be easy to navigate. Visit a few sites and see how they are set up and take notice of which ones you can easily find your way in and which ones you easily get lost in. Visit these sites for more information:

Another thing you want to do is to provide quality, helpful information and content in your website. Once you have a visitor to your site, you want him to have a reason to come back. If you have a website about pets, put up articles on petcare and have links to other websites that contain resources for pet owners. Here are a couple of sites to find articles on any subject:

There are also article announcement lists such as:

Free-Content-subscribe@egroups.com articles_archives-subscribe@egroups.com article_announce-subscribe@egroups.com PublishInYours-subscribe@egroups.com

You should also provide something FREE at your site. You could have FREE greeting cards, FREE resources, FREE ebooks, FREE downloads, or whatever you would prefer to have. A few sites for FREEBIES:

One way to keep visitors coming back is to get them involved with your site. Start a discussion board, have a weekly or monthly contest, have your visitors fill out surveys and draw a winner from all the entries. There are many ways to get people involved. Be creative and always be adding fresh content to your site. Update regularly.

To let everybody know about your updates and new content, start your own ezine. This is easier than it seems. With an ezine you will be able to build relationships with your visitors. You will gain their trust and keep them interested in visiting your site. There are many sites to help you get started publishing an ezine. One of the best I found is:

This site can help you get started with resources, articles, and a template.

Building, maintaining and promoting a website is challenging, rewarding and takes a lot of work. I have learned so much in the 18 months that I have been on the net and I know there is tons more to learn. I eagerly accept the challenge and thoroughly enjoy the rewards. You will have many ups and downs, but do not let the downs deter you from your goals. Best of luck to you all.

Ever get a complaint from a customer or visitor about broken links or error pages which seem to randomly appear on your site? Here’s the solution… make your own custom error page which will forward visitors to any page you specify. You may choose to send them to your home page, or perhaps a special information page asking them to notify you of the problem.

HOW?

Make your custom page and upload it to your server. Look on your server for a file called .htaccess using your FTP program. http://www.hardwaresoftwarearticles.com If you do not find one, create a new file in notepad and name it .htaccess — upload this file to your server’s root directory. Now, you will need to add a special line to the file to make your custom error page work. Click on the file on your server and click the “edit” button. Add the following text to a new line:

ErrorDocument 404 http://www.yourdomain.com/custom-error.html That’s all there is to it! This “may” not work on some servers, but you never know until you give it a try. No More Errors!
