Many of the banks wil show you a rate that looks respectable but doesn’t feel considerably or so after some time.

Now you can check up on rates of interest quickly at websites and assure if there are other possible traps you should know about. Check up to see if the merchant bank who you a loan is proficient. A bank in Jonesboro Arkansas or so can have a total completely different actual rate of interest for a 25000 dollar money loan then a moneylender in Casper Wyoming and that makes a vast clear gap in your yearly pay backs. 16.4 percent loan rate may come along so just but will it stay changeless after you’re going to repay your credit loan. Be fresh today to check out if you have a nice special offer or if you don’t with the bank that offers you a money loan. That’s why now you really need to suss out and interpret if you can have a credit loan at a proficient percent interest rate. It doesn’t matter if you live in Gaithersburg Maryland or in Ann Arbor Michigan a effective online examination will excuse you often lots of anguish.

In today’s business environment, the online business has begun to play a major role and having a website for your business has become an issue of paramount importance. Not only having a website, but online business needs a marketing plan, a plan for the website itself and involves a lot of thought process. The very first thing a business needs is a website. The website should have its own business objectives and a clear cut long term goal. Website strategy should always be long term and not short term.

The online business planning and strategy implementation begins once you have a fully functional, professional looking and optimized website. Measuring your online business is no mean task. Due to latest trends in dynamic content, you may put up a different promotional or discounts or deals on a weekly, monthly or even hourly basis. A baseline measure is possible only when you measure your business during a quite month of no promotional and deals are put up. This will indicate the performance of your online business more accurately and help you plan ahead. Keeping tabs on all happenings at the site should be monitored.

Bringing visitors to your site is important. This is called traffic generation. But once the traffic arrives, it is your websites responsibility to make the visitor make a purchase. The number of purchases compared against the traffic is called the conversion rate. The conversion rate can only be bettered by your website through promotional, discounts or deals or any other way you think fit.

Traffic generation can be achieved by search engine optimization, the process through which your site can be edited or developed to rank higher in the search engine results, preferably in the first 10 or so. Use organic procedures for long term results.

Putting up forms when a visitor comes to your site may not be helpful, after all many of the visitors find this irritating and time consuming. Even if the visitor does fill in the form, it is not necessary that he makes a purchase.

Always make sure that the navigation through your website is simple and easy. The prices and product description pages should be easily accessible and clearly worded. Put yourself in the visitor’s shoes and imagine you are trying to buy something on the internet. What would you like to see in a website – Simplicity, Navigation, Pricing, Ease of Use, Testimonials, and Transparency? Make sure that your site fulfills these pre conditions.

Autoresponders, also known as mailbots, automatic email and email on demand were derived from the very popular fax on demand and designed to automatically respond to any email message it receives with an automatic response.

Autoresponder programs vary from software set up to run with your desktop email program and automatically answer your incoming email to a script that runs on your server. The script may run a Web-based autoresponder system that utilizes a web page form, or it may run with your pop email account on your server. It is programmed to automatically send out a predetermined message when a message is received to a specified script address or email address.

In addition to the standard autoresponder systems, there are also autoresponders that can send an unlimited amount of follow-up messages. These follow up messages can be set up to automatically be sent out at predetermined intervals. In other words, you can set up your autoresponder to automatically send out a new message each day for as many days as you would like.

This powerful technology is currently being used by some of the top online marketers to reach thousands of potential customers. As you may know, it may take up to seven contacts with a potential customer before closing a sale. By setting up an autoresponder and offering a free autoresponder course, you can completely automate a portion of your marketing efforts.

Creating A Course

The first step in creating an autoresponder course is to decide upon a subject. Your course should focus on a subject in which you have a great deal of knowledge and target your potential customers.

Once you have selected your subject, you’ll need to make a list of topics. Each topic will represent one lesson. If you have five topics, then you can offer your visitors a free 5-day course. If you have ten topics, then you can offer your visitors a free 10-day course and so on.

Separate each of your topics into course lessons. Your first lesson should welcome your subscriber to your course and explain a little bit about what they are going to learn, followed by the first lesson.

The key to creating a successful autoresponder course is to provide quality information that will be of interest to your target audience. Each daily topic must contain valuable information or your reader may decide to unsubscribe. In addition, make sure you include information in regard to your course such as the lesson number, lesson title, information about your products or services and highlights of the next lesson.

Your course should identify a problem, provide advice in regard to solving the problem and provide the solution with your products or services. Keep in mind, your course should not be written like a sales letter. It must provide quality information written to teach and inform.

Setting Up Your Course

After you’ve written your course, you’ll need to transfer your text into an autoresponder. You can find free follow-up autoresponders here:

http://www.getresponse.com
http://www.fastfacts.net

Sign up for a follow-up autoresponder and follow their instructions in regard to setting it up.

Once you’ve gotten your autoresponder set up, your final step will be to place your course information on your web site. This will include a description of your course and a mailto link to your autoresponder.

By offering your visitors a free autoresponder course, you are not only providing them with a great service, but you are also automating a portion of your marketing efforts. This form of free advertising can increase your sales considerably.

Learn from them

Approaching retirement age I was made redundant last year and decided to create my first web site, initially knowing little about it. I hope that, by reading about my experiences, I may save you both time and money if you ever find yourself in the position of wanting to build a site with little initial knowledge.

eBooks I bought five or six ebooks on how to make my web fortune from the one-page web-sites that you see on the web. The prices ranged from $9.95 to $29.95. It would be unfair of me to say that they were of no use, as you can always pick up the odd pointer, or contact. However, with the benefit of hindsight I would not have purchased any of them. Instead there are free, better written books which give you at least the same pointers, and often have more substance. You can download from my web site, for free, two excellent books by Ken Evoy, which will provide you with a good basic knowledge to move forward. Don’t get carried away with the sales hype contained in some of these “get rich quick” single page sales letters that offer huge free bonuses and an imminent price increase.

Universities and colleges There are various colleges and universities on the web which promise you the ultimate in web creation, site marketing, search engine optimization and much more, “all under one roof” They usually have libraries of “how to” books and membership is by monthly subscription with some offering a lower fee for the first month. Have a look, by all means, I looked at three and claimed my refund within the stated period. I found that I could obtain similar information offered for free with a little searching, and that what they really offered was convenience.

Web Design software I initially purchased a web site building package for $69.95 and was soon disappointed by its lack of functionality. I then looked over the shoulder of a friend whilst they showed me the workings of a top-end product costing nearly $400.00 but I found it to be too complicated with too steep a learning curve too be quickly productive. I posted a request for help on the Warriors forum and there were more recommends for a particular product than any other. So I decided that my first web site would be a review of that product, which I would create as a trial, before I went on to build a site that would aim at generating income.

What should the web site be about? Several of the books that I read suggested that the subject matter should be about something that you enjoy doing and therefore you will create your site with more passion and enthusiasm. Whilst this is sound advice I found that the need to create a trial site, which would force me to learn the basics, was more than a sufficient driving force.

Domain name & Web hosting Go for a dot com registration and pay no more than $10 per annum. Don’t go for free hosting, you get what you pay for. I looked at hosting sites that offered complete package with hosting, autoresponders, SEO and linking software and much more. Whilst everything was conveniently in one place they failed to convince me that each product would stack up well if they were competing in each niche market. I therefore opted for the best of breed approach and a little less convenience.

Search Engine Optimization This was probably the subject that I was most worried about as I new that it referred to making a web site as easy as possible for the search engines to find, but I had no clue as to how to go about it. I have a free ebook that you can download entitled “Search Engine Optimization Made Easy” which will give you the basics to carry out this process. The book is really a plug by the author of SEO software for his excellent product. I was fortunate in that the web design software I selected also, somewhat unusually, held my hand through this process, carefully pointing out page, by page, what I needed to do.

Article Distribution I was aware that, in order to succeed, I should submit articles to the numerous Article Directories present on the Internet. There are two ways to do this. By purchasing one of the two major pieces of software to assist me in doing it myself, or to use a company to do it for me. I looked at each way and found that, whilst both software solutions cut out some of the tedious manuals tasks of submitting to over 150 directories, it was still time consuming. Having examined the market place carefully, discounting any company who charged for a fixed number of submissions, I opted for one who for a fixed quarterly fee would submit any number of articles.

Link software Again, so that I would get more site traffic, I new that I should get other sites to link to mine and that I would have to manage those links and the emails back and forth etc. I initially started to design an Excel spreadsheet linked to Microsoft Word but decided that I would still have to create the links pages by hand. My advice is to obtain software which houses all your links in a searchable database, handles all of the emails, including template housing, and that automatically creates the HTML link pages for you.

Consumers Online Face Wide Choices in Security Products

With new threats to computer security and data integrity a regular feature of the evening news, a panoply of products that promise to detect, protect, and dis-infect are being marketed to consumers. Intrusion detection systems, firewalls and anti-virus software are critical to online security, but the Federal Trade Commission, the nation’s consumer protection agency, says computer users from grade school kids to grandparents need to know exactly why they need online security products and what they’re buying.

Why the Need Computers “talk” to each other over the Internet by sending data through their communications ports. If a port is open, it “listens” for communications from the Internet. A computer has thousands of ports: which ones are open depends on the software the computer is running. Hackers can “eavesdrop” or scan the ports to determine which are open and vulnerable to unauthorized access.

Detection An intrusion detection system (IDS) monitors incoming Internet traffic, much like a security camera “watches” your front door to see who might be trying to come in. When the IDS detects a suspicious pattern, it sends an alert (and creates a record) that an intruder may be trying to break in to your computer. Some IDS alerts but not all show a pop-up message on your screen. An IDS alone cannot prevent an unauthorized entry into your computer; only a firewall can do that.

Protection Firewalls block hackers’ access to your computer by creating a barrier like a wall between your ports and the Internet that allows you to control the data that comes and goes through your ports. Your firewall protects your ports even if you don’t have an IDS. Sometimes a firewall is bundled with an IDS. If not, and if you want an IDS, be sure it’s compatible with your firewall.

Dis-infection Anti-virus software detects and deletes viruses that are in your computer. Viruses often attach themselves to your computer through email attachments and floppy disks. That means a firewall can’t catch them. Similarly, an IDS won’t alert you when a virus is attacking your computer. Look for anti-virus software that recognizes current viruses, as well as older ones; that can effectively reverse the damage; and that updates automatically.

The Department of Justice’s Federal Trade Commission’s Consumer Protection Division’s CAN SPAM Act, Anti-SPAM Group had defrauded the American People say many Anti-SPAM activists. How dare the FTC report to Congress of their dismal performance after their horse and pony show about their clever and aggressive fight on SPAM? Was all that a lie? It appears to be as their report to Congress indicated only a 9% decline in SPAM. Many believe that in itself is a lie, I am in agreement, as I too have been studying SPAM and can tell you that that SPAM is not going down, it has not for me.

The Department of Justice’s Federal Trade Commission’s Consumer Protection Division’s CAN SPAM Act, Anti-SPAM Group has failed the consumer and now fraudulently misrepresents to the American People with what I believe to be bad data. How can we trust the Justice Department of the United States of America in a time when they need the support of the American People on the war on terror, when we have a division of a division of a division running around doing public relations skits which are a faade and farce. We must throw in jail those who are responsible at the FTC and put in prison anyone who lied to Congress at the The Department of Justice’s Federal Trade Commission’s Consumer Protection Division’s CAN SPAM Act, Anti-SPAM Group. Think on it.

The annoying part of loss of hair for males is that there is no sure fire cure. Hair loss has been a major issue for men around the UK but there are great treatments that might minimise further loss of hair.

There is a lotion based treatment for baldness called Minoxidil that might often be taken in capsule or lotion form and might often help ladies regrow their hair and reduce further hair loss. The hair loss lotion comes in a variety of strengths with 4 percent being the most used. The treatment is used under the guidance of a trained professional and should be made aware that the baldness treatment is not an incredible miracle cure. However, the super success of this baldness treatment is approx fifty percent. The hair loss treatment course is a minimum of 4 months before stunning results will often show and all chaps are recommended to stay on the hair loss treatment for at least eight months.

For women that don?t witness any hair regrowth with the hair loss treatment they will try baldness surgery. Hair loss surgery is a long term solution and involves moving the hair follicles on the scalp to reduce bald areas. Hair transplants can be pricey and involves a surgical procedure so may not be for every bloke.

A friend asked me: I don’t get it. Why do spammers have such a hard time spelling
things properly? I get mail trying to sell me “viagggra”, increase my “brest” size, or
save me money accessing “pr0n” sites or buying “seks toys”. Even more puzzling,
there are plenty of spam messages where it takes me a few minutes to even figure
out what the subject actually is, with subjects like “sa vem oneyo n vviiiaaagra” or
similar. What’s the story? Why can’t these people use a spell checking program??

I have often wondered this myself, with spam messages like “YOU JUST WONT A
GREENCARD” (don’t they mean “won”?), “Morgage ref id last opportunity” (don’t they
mean “mortgage”)? and, my favorite “earn a college degre instantly” (they
presumably mean “degree”, but if they can’t spell the word degree, how can I have
confidence in the legitimacy of what they’re offering??)

But anyone who has spent more than about five minutes looking at the problem and
attempted solutions to spam knows why there are such rampant misspellings: to try
and sidestep spam filters. In additional to individual spam filtering systems, there
are now many Internet Service Providers who filter your email before it even gets to
your mailbox, weeding out the most idiotic and easily recognized of this junk.

Of course, if you are a physician and have patients who are concerned about that
Merck Vioxx prescription you wrote for them two years ago, it is theoretically
possible that their message won’t make it to you. If you’re a mortgage broker, well,
news of your competitors offerings might be something you do want to
receive. But overall, most people don’t want this junk, so the people clogging up the
Internet with the billions of spam messages sent daily continue to try and sidestep
these filtering mechanisms, and the misspellings, typos, and oddly presented words
(like “0ffer” with a leading zero rather than “offer” with a letter o) presumably offer
some minimal ability to do just that.

The irony of all this, in my opinion, is that the more spammers try to do overt and
stupid tricks to try and sidestep the filters, the less effective their messages are.
They might measure 1 sale in 250,000 messages a success, but better targeting,
legitimate offers, well-written ad copy and genuine opt-in distribution lists might
just improve those odds quite a bit. And if you’re selling something, wouldn’t you
like to avoid having 95% of the Internet spontaneously hate you because of your
marketing techniques?

If their is an art form that is both easy and fun yet highly creative it’s quilting. With very little training and some practice along with free quilting patterns you can find online, you can produce some amazing quilts in no time. It is a highly addictive art form however so if you get started realize you may spend alot of your free time building new quilts. I know people whom are so addicted to building these that they are always making quilts for their friends and families. They make them for gifts and to show off their skills and artwork. It’s fun and can be a rewarding experience too!

I knew a woman who was so good at making quilts that she could produce an amazing looking quilt blanket in under a weeks time. She only spent about 3 hours a day on it so this was an amazing feat! I once asked her how she got all those wonderful quilt designs and she asked me if I could keep a secret, of course I said yes, then she whispered in my ear that she got free quilting patterns online from this site she’s a part of that networks some amazing people much like those social networking sites only just for quilters!

You’ve heard about and, you know it’s bad. We hear alarming statistics like “over 90% of personal computers are already compromised by spyware” and “spyware and other potentially unwanted programs are rapidly becoming the number one threat to business systems”. But just what is it?

According to McAfee Inc., the leader in spyware protection solutions:

Spyware is any software whose function includes the transmission of company or personal information to a third party without their knowledge. The consequences of undetected spyware and other potentially unwanted programs (PUPs) could include identity theft, system and network corruption, slower Internet access, reduced system productivity, and an increased number of pop-up ads.

To put it another way, spyware on your computer can send out to another computer, and ultimately another person, anything and everything on your computer and everything you do on your computer.

A better but much longer (and my personal favorite) definition of spyware comes from geekpatroloncall.com. They define spyware as:

Spyware is potentially more dangerous beast than Adware because it can record your keystrokes, history, passwords, and other confidential and private information. Spyware is often sold as a spouse monitor, child monitor, a surveillance tool or simply as a tool to spy on users to gain unauthorized access. Spyware is also known as: snoopware, PC surveillance, key logger, system recorders, Parental control software, PC recorder, Detective software and Internet monitoring software. Spyware covertly gathers user information and activity without the user’s knowledge. Spy software can record your keystrokes as you type them, passwords, credit card numbers, sensitive information, where you surf, chat logs, and can even take random screenshots of your activity. Basically whatever you do on the computer is completely viewable by the spy. You do not have to be connected to the Internet to be spied upon. However you define it, spyware is plain old bad.

Here are a few tips to help protect you from spyware:

1. Buy a good, comprehensive software program that protects your computer. I use McAfee Internet Security Suite and XoftSpy, which is a malware scanner. These products can stop spyware. If it’s already on your computer, they find it and delete it for good (http://www.delete4good.com)

2. There is no such thing as a free lunch. When you download freeware or shareware, chances are that you are downloading spyware with it. Therefore, only download software from sources that you can absolutely trust.

3. Certain “types” of websites are notorious for injecting your computer with spyware. Those “types” of websites include: peer-to-peer sites, free games websites, and pornographic sites. If you frequent these type of website, make sure your computer is protected (see number 1 above).

4. Make sure that your web-browser security settings are configured correctly. This can prevent spyware or other malicious software from automatically downloading on your computer.

5. Never, never, never click on pop-up ads. I know that some pop-up are irresistible. But they are irresistible for a reason. Pop-ups are meant to get your attention. But if in the pursuit of your attention, they get you to click on them, you may get more than you bargain for.

If you happen to see a pop-up that is advertising something that you just have to have more information on, just take note of the item it’s advertising and do a keyword search on it. But never click on the actual ad.

Spyware protection has turned into a multibillion-dollar business. But, even the best spyware protection is useless if you don’t take necessary precautions. Reducing your risk to being exposed to spyware better than anything. Doing just a little bit of research and taking a few precautions can greatly reduce your risk of being exposed to not only spyware but also adware, viruses, trojans and other so called malware.
